Our Pastor Alves Lafleur & First Lady Elvenia Lafleur
My name is Rev. Alves Lafleur.
I am the son of Wesley & Victoria Lafleur, born in Ville Platte, LA.
At the age of 18, i came to Houston, TX., working as a bus boy at restaurants. Then moved on from there working other various jobs.
God called me into ministry in 1975 and in 1988 He led me into Pastoral here at Greater New Testament Baptist Church, and I've been here for 35 years now.
Greater New Testament Baptist Church is continually growing, and we love striving to reconcile man back to Christ.
I'm married to my lovely wife Sis. Elvenia Lafleur. We have 4 children and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren,
and we praise God for all of this!

Rev. Raymond Lafleur. I'm the brother of Rev. Alves Lafleur, l'm also the son of Dea. Wesley and Victory Lafleur. l was born in Ville Platte La.
I came to Houston at approximately the age of sixteen after a brief stay I moved back to Ville Plate where I truly meet and married my Beautiful wife Sandra with whom we have 3 wonderful boys Raymond Jr. Wesley and Christopher.
The Lord called me into the ministry in 1984.
We joined Greater New Testament Appox. 23 years ago.
As assistant Pastor my desire is to help and assist the Pastor in every way I can as he pushes on to save souls and strengthen the saved by preaching and teaching Gods Word!
